Both properties were purchased from different owners and completed on the same day. One had been left empty for thirty years, while the other had suffered fire damage.

Extensive work was carried out on both properties, including separating the garden and transforming each into a high-quality home. The garden land was also sold subject to planning, making efficient use of the available space.

This project highlights the value of breathing new life into neglected properties, turning them into valuable assets for the community.
